Own server or VPS — how to grant us SSH access

This covers Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Linode, AWS and any machine you manage yourself. Do not send us the root password.

  1. If possible, create a separate system user for maintenance — do not share your personal root account.
  2. Add the public key below to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys (or the cloud panel’s SSH Keys section).
  3. Directory ~/.ssh mode 700, file authorized_keys mode 600.
  4. Give us host, port (usually 22), username and the directory that contains wp-config.php.

If you restrict SSH by IP, allow this address: 2.29.23.134

Once the key is added, enter host, port, user and the directory with wp-config.php on the order page. Do not send a database password — WP-CLI reads it on the server.
