Telia — how to grant us SSH access

Telia website hosting has its own panel. SSH is not on every plan — if it is missing, write to Telia or to us.

  1. Log in to Telia self-service and open the website hosting control panel.
  2. Look for SSH, SSH keys or a similar menu. If it is missing, SSH is not on the plan — tell us and we will help ask Telia or find another path.
  3. If SSH exists: add the public key below, do not send a password.
  4. Copy host, port, username and the directory that contains wp-config.php.

If you restrict SSH by IP, allow this address: 2.29.23.134

Once the key is added, enter host, port, user and the directory with wp-config.php on the order page. Do not send a database password — WP-CLI reads it on the server.
